Highly recommend it for families
The water features in the lobby are a real hit, especially when the kids run around having a blast. There was this one lady at the coffee shop, she was excellent! Always greeting us with a smile.
It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable considering the amenities.

The hotel was fairly clean and staff were all excellent. My standard queen room was equipped with a microwave oven, a refrigerator, tea and coffee making equipment. The bathroom was large here. The venue was in a marvellous and comfortable position just next door to the restaurant, Near many stores, and Saskatchewan.

The indoor tropical garden provides a unique relaxation spot that feels like a resort in the middle of the city, perfect for winding down after a long day. A Starbucks mini shop in the lobby gives easy access to fresh coffee, a nice perk for those early mornings.
The cleanliness of my room left much to be desired. I found old debris between furniture and the bathroom fixtures weren't properly wiped down, which gave off a neglected vibe. There was also no daily housekeeping during my three-night stay, forcing me to request fresh towels and coffee supplies repeatedly. The noise levels in the hallway from other guests made it hard to catch a good night's sleep.

The staff were professional, prompt, and courteous. The food was very good.
The internet connection was disappointingly slow. Video is staggered and choppy - unwatchable. I would actually choose a different hotel next time because of this.

We enjoyed checking out the Saskatchewan Rush Lacrosse games and the lively concerts in town. The beds were super comfy, and having a fridge in the room was perfect. Just a heads-up-the service was a bit slow on our first two days, but much better on the last day.
One downside was the noise levels in the conference area. It was disruptive , hard to focus sometimes.

Apprecaite being on the top floor for quiet and locattion.
You need to invest afew dollars in better vacuum cleaners or have staff properly clean the rugs. I found several bugs on the rugs and found that certainly did not enhance my stay. I would also recommend some fabric softener for your towels they felt rough and scratch the skin.

The dining area and the dining experience.
We stood in line for about 30 minutes, at check-in. There was only one person at the front desk, at that time.
